Additional information about this scam: COLD CALL I believe this is the SAME couple/group who were scamming doctors yesterday.
I am not sure which dialing system they are using, but they called me asking for a person and dialed HER number which rang to me. Still confused about it (they dialed her, but rang to me).
Multiple bank accounts, SSA stolen, drugs, Texas, culprits, etc.

Hardly intelligible. I left a message .
He called me back and told me that he was revoking my “practice license”. I pretended I was on the other line with my lawyer. He was not happy. He said my medical license was through the DEA and got upset when I informed him it was through the state of Texas and that he was a dummy.
OMG I just noticed it is the same number!!!

How would any intelligent educated doctor fall for this crapola? Most don’t even answer their own phones. I worked as a personal assistant for one once. I fielded ALL his calls and would have recognized this for what it is immediately. They would contact you through the Medical Board of your state and you would be represented by an attorney. If was seriously drug related, they would raid your office and confiscate all you files and computers. Not call you to discuss it. And they certainly would not call your personal telephone and speak with you at 6PM.
It’s hilarious honestly! They really wanna try talking to Doctors… good luck with that! Hahah
