@sjamaamx#170870 I found out they have a whole bunch of fake reviews in the Better Business Bureau. I haven’t reported it yet, but they have an AWFUL attitude when it comes to the few reviews that are real, which are 1 or 2 stars. Also keeps trying to brush it under the carpet and cover it up by saying things such as:

"We have spoken to the customer already and customer was misrepresented by someone else on the name of czone solutions and we have already reported the numbers associated to the concerned authorities. We have already got a reply from the customer stating the whole incident. It is really sad to see that customer falls for such scams..."

Sorry I really couldn't contribute much. I wish I could find scammer's addresses but I am new and stuff.

@Wolf-Rayet#173614 What if we were to take the job and work undercover for the company? Just to find out more information about them? I know we already have enough information but we “scam” people. [A.K.A telling them that there are other scammers for anyone else that calls.] Think of how much money and how many computers we could be saving!
