kinda cool talking to american scammers for once, yea its a grey area but usually scams in usa are like this , but if its deception and then denying the claims all the time calling it waiting periods and other tactics like not letting u cancel and charging anyways , i consider this a full scam

i asked what is american autoshield (saw it on a bbb review) and they said its there different companies and then hang up and block u lollll
finally got a unblurred one u can use the record id and make new ones to mess with them now u know the format and alphanumeric format - i blurred the address my self
what did yall do , there barely picking up now, and there all on speakerphone or jus hang up if u dont give the record id immediately i jus say its in my closet or im getting it then ask questions its funny how they pretend there part of the dealership they even picked up as american shield something …dude there so aggravated , yall ripped these guys apart lolll this is more fun then the ssa and tech support numbers , jus sound like ur old its easy to bait them

I asked him why his company is trying to trick and scare elderly folks in order to get them to buy the BS warrenty. He said "anyone with half a brain can read that note" insinuating that it's your fault if you buy their warrenty.
He also said that the Better Business Bureau is a "sham" and the reason that they have bad reviews is because "we didn't pay to be accredited on the BBB. that's why we have bad reviews"
So according to this flaming dipstick, the BBB is a sham but his company isn't. I'm definitely not a fan of the BBB, but this guy is a total moron.
I asked him if he's proud of his company. The company that illegally sends these bs letters to people, a company that illegally robocalls people, a company that harrasses people nonstop. He said "yes, absolutely I'm proud."
This is a type of scam that really angers me. They harrass, trick, and scare vulnerable people into buying their garbage. I'm surprised they don't start asking for giftcards, they might as well. Fuck everything about this shitty ass company.

found there sister company , the bobrtc people say the same think , exact same deceptive mailer…they immediately ask for the record id like this company here does and say they get alot of prank calls lol
