When I set my dialer to search 100 numbers around this area almost an hour ago, 4862 didn’t return a value of it being active.
They must have opened it up after my dialer roared through like a runaway train
scammer: “are you owner of the business?”
me: “nah, im owner of tumhaaree maan kee choot”
scammer: hangs up

Although the numbers were dead, there are distinctive signs which are a sure giveaway the numbers will be active the next day
I find hundreds of numbers each week, while they sleep and the numbers aren’t active
