- The SureShot Innovations Ear Bud Pro, fake Apple AirPods from a company that claims to operate from a smoke shop.
- The SKL Dynamics NavigatorNiche DashCam, where their “fulfillment center” is a UPS Store in Covina, California.
- The Hype Style Co. Smart Watch
- The PowerFlex Vision robot vacuum, where their “fulfillment center” is an auto repair shop in Costa Mesa, California.
- The SKL Dynamics Sports Action Cam
- The PowerFlex Vision Light Bulb Camera
- The Vantage Technology, LLC Minispeaker, where the company falsely claims to operate out of Englewood, Colorado when their call center actually operates from Chandigarh, India.
- The CoolCrate Tech personal air cooler, which was falsely listed as advertised on TV, Meta and Google and features a Fullerton, California UPS Store as their “fulfillment center”
- The Tenpeak Devices Wifi Booster, which lists a Diamond Bar, California UPS Store as their “fulfillment center.”
- The FleetFiltrate Smooth Space Personal Vacuum, which lists a Fullerton, California UPS Store as their “fulfillment center.”
- The Dust Digital Concept Television Antenna, which was falsely listed as advertised on ABC News, the Daily Mail, Engadget and People Magazine and lists a Huntington Beach, California Pack ‘n’ Ship as their “fulfillment center.”
- The CoolCrate Tech Mini Bug Zapper
- The TopGadgets Mini Drine, which is falsely listed as advertised on television, Meta and Google and lists a Flushing, New York PO box as their return address.
- The TopGadgets SmartEnergy Power Saver
SureShot Innovations was reported by Snopes’ senior reporter Jordan Liles for being associated with a CashApp email scam alongside additional fraudulent products, such as Keto Ascend ACT/Adapt Slim Keto Gummies.
The Hype Style Co. also operates as ActivCiti Gadgets and was previously reported on May 31, 2022 for fraudulently posing as AT&T to send soliciting text messages from spoofed phone numbers.
All of the products are being promoted through Sling Ads, LLC, an affiliate marketing company listed on the Better Business Bureau with an A+ grade as operating under the leadership of Audi Norbert Kowalski at 20 Lake Wire Drive, Suite 150, Lakeland, Florida, 33815-1507
Kowalski is also listed as the owner of Save Rack, LLC, a dropshipping and 3PL fulfillment company listed as operating out of 3025 Whitten Rd, Lakeland, FL 33811, and TMDK Ventures, LLC
