The body of the HTML has two main DIVs, one class “hidden-desktop” that is hidden on desktop views – this is the scam advertisement; the other class “hidden-mobile” – this is the fake taxi service that you’re seeing. Depending on the user-agent one or the other div is toggled to visible status.
Looks to be the same people as the previous one and same registar/host (sending an email mentioning this) (Public Domain Registry). Loads to a auto site on PC and arlo camera support on mobile. And also appears to be taking on blink camera and toy suppoart as well.
Edit:

They don’t and have many websites. They are a small group of scammers and are the only ones doing this type of fraud (security cameras) They’ve lost many numbers in the past and they have never stopped trying to do this type of scam. They always follow the same pattern of using the same carriers over and over again as they lose numbers so frequently,. They used to use Skype and magic jack for calls and Bandwidth, Callture and Vonage for toll free numbers. Those carriers are reliable and always boot them off, so now they’ve begun to use Ring Central for toll free and Onvoy along with Google Voice for call backs. They will never stop as they are literally stubborn beyond belief. Report their websites and I will report their numbers.
