This number is on Ring Central which sadly refuses to address fraud on their network in a timely and respectable manner. You can try to email them that screenshot and a description of the scam type at [email protected]
You need to submit evidence. You cannot just say “these guys are scammers, take them down” Compose a respectable email and proof of fraud.

Reporting numbers to Ring Central seems an endeavor in futility. Myself and a few others here have reported numbers to Ring Central and despite well documented proof, often times, the numbers are still active days later.
It is and it doesn’t help that they keep changing emails. The email I shared is the current email that supposedly is the one that used to forward complaints to the fraud team. Like Telnyx, RC’s support team is poorly trained and unqualified to deal with the task at hand.

Who says crime doesn’t pay?
The scam bosses get rich off the backs of innocent human beings and, by proxy, the VoIP providers who give them the resources to commit their atrocities.
Ring Central is not a scam telecom. Like Telnyx, RingCentral suffers from hiring poorly trained and unqualified people for their support and fraud team. True scam telecoms, which the team that I work with have seen many times over, follow the same pattern. They use stolen victim credentials to open the telecom in the US without ever stepping for on US soil, or hire/use mules to register and start a telecom for them. They register shell companies in the US with the same stolen credentials. In some cases, they dupe vulnerable people (usually elderly people) into using their details to open up a scam telecom under their name, without the person knowing what the scammers are doing - the key take away here is that true scam telecom bosses never step foot on US soil.
The owner of RingCentral much like any other large corporation believes in cutting costs, outsourcing work overseas and hires people that are only trained to sell services, not to deal with complaints. While I understand that RingCentral keeps changing emails when it comes to complaints and fraud, and this in turn makes it very easy to believe that they are scammers, we must also remember that a previous case involving 800TFN, was the result of a small group of Indian scammers, independent from the actual company, who were reselling toll free numbers, pre-configured, to scammers in India.
If scambaiters tend to believe the impossible, then it’s not impossible to believe that scammers have infiltrated much of the telecom industry through reseller programs (that anyone can join) and through stolen credentials. Just like there’s a thriving black market for pop up campaigns on facebook, whatsapp and telegram, the same is true for VOIP numbers. Scam telecoms and negligent telecoms are 2 different things. RingCentral is negligent.
Just sent ring central an email on this with screenshot and description let’s see if they do anything ![]()
Yeah. They are never going to go away. All they do is buy new numbers.
Both of these have been reported to Bandwidth and Twilio.
If there is a personal issue between you and these scammers, I advise you to exercise restrain. They will never go away and they will always buy new numbers. Until they are arrested for their crimes in India, this is how it is. Just keep posting their numbers and the numbers will be reported to the best of my abilities but they will never go away.
