Alright finally got some information on these guys
They go by Travel Trivia, and (edit 5/27) depending on how you view these posts, you might say they impersonate major airlines. It’s a bit iffy, but some of their posts on Reddit could be interpreted as such (end edit)

Things seem to connect to this thread, http://scammer.info/t/flight-reservations-scam-877-464-9297/89456 however they do not seem to be related to the original number and center posted.

The issue with that is that the account who posted it more than likely is not a fake account. Sure it is possible an employee made it, but the account is still active, with their last post just two months ago. So it seems to be at least to have been an opportunistic chance to plug their companies services.

Had a flight from st barts to Anguilla setup for April 27. Obviously Covid made it impossible to happen. Both airports closed but Anguilla air said they never canceled the flights so I was not entitled to a refund,
The pattern is they impersonate official airlines which is is deceptive and misleading a customer.
They also have ‘other’ businesses that are intermixed using the same numbers and addresses.
Registering in one State, but operating in a different State.
