This is the 2nd time zoho has responded to me reporting scammers using there very good remote software. Here’s the details.

Thanks for reporting this with us,
We regret that you had to experience this. Zoho Assist is merely a remote support tool used by technicians to connect to machines remotely and work on them. This is a tool developed to serve legitimate businesses unfortunately we have few abusing the usage. Zoho Assist in anyway does not associate itself with the perpetrator who use our software for such illicit reasons.
With the help of the details provided we found out the Zoho account used to initiate a remote session.
I have copied our Zoho Abuse team in this email who will make sure that the account is blocked permanently from accessing any Zoho services.
