How to deal with when Zendesk widget on scam site disappear and stop working
This most likely means that they blacklisted you
To check, go to inspect → Application → Local Storage and go to the ZD-Store tab. If it says “banned” in it, that means they blacklisted you
How to unban:
- First, click the icon of a slash on the local storage tab for the page to clear it
- Click onto cookies then to the website name. Press the three lines with a slash
- DO NOT reload the page now, you need to change your IP too, if you reload without IP changes, the ban will carry to the new IP via the cookies and local storage, same with clearing cookie/localstorage after IP changes, the ban will be on the new IP as it spreads
- Reload the page
- Enjoy
