This area code is in the area in which I live, so I started with this phone number.

I called for the first time and a foreign woman answered as Zelle but I could hear loud voices in the background. I was speaking to her but I could not understand what she was saying to me. After a minute or so, the noise in the background stopped and for another couple of minutes the call continued with nothing but total silence.

I hung up and now I am calling this same number again.
Yes, “Jonathon” of Zelle is on the call now though it is hard to hear his voice loudly enough because of the criminals in the background.
