Someone on guru posted this and alerted it was a scam:

I dialed it and they have SHIT phones, they dialed me back. The scammer made false statements impersonating THE YouTube. Immediately wanted remote access, I googled that TF and they have an app on the appstore with the TF is displayed.

Since it is Bandwidth, they are not too bad responding to complaints. Your best bet would be to email them at [email protected]. Let me know if they ignore you or refuse to take action, and I will gladly share contacts that could be used to escalate such matters!

Revisiting this scam, as they are still prominent on GoogleWebstore. I believe this group is just posting their fake customer numbers on random apps.

This was weird, they wanted me to download WattsApp first, they might be stealing accounts that way.
They wanted Anydesk.
