@raz0r_#180971 I’ve reported it to AppEsteem, a company which certifies software. They also list LavaSoft and Avanquest, the companies related to this fake popup:

Probably a scam but better to leave it if it is a legit company with shady (but legal) tactics. We do not want to get sued.
