No answer, prompts to go to VM.
Going to VM. I’m robo calling them with six numbers and leaving their VM greeting as a message. They have 600+ VMs now and adding. 
They just picked up for me at 115 EST.
This sounds like a bag of shit when they answer the call. They get confused when I ask them the internal extension number for their division… 
The sound quality of their operation is terrible.
Calling them again. They get really pissed off when I tell them " This is Amazon Support Europe, how may I help you ? "
