U.S diplomat from the U.S Embassy and Consulate his name is (Stephen
Cole) and he is ready to do the needful as he is on vacation leave and
set to travel back to U.S to spend his leave time, and he have to
travel along with your package and bring it to you, but this can only
be done with your full permission. This will not cost much to do.
