After calling 1-800-677-1839 a fewof times, we found that Sunny may not be working there anymore. It sounds like Sunny was the bad boy of the operation.
Number still works. A guy picked up with an Australian accent or something and said he was with Microsoft tech support. My brother responded and acted as an old granny. My brother told him how his computer wasn’t working and that all of the family pictures were gone from “her” computer. (He added a few sobs and sounded really upset and it sounded very authentic). I was VERY suprissed to hear his response. “You lost all of your family photos?? HAHAHAHA LOLOL!!! HEHEHEHE! GASP! (hangup)”.
