After first asking for my email address, “David” initially refused to “suppoat” on the grounds that I was yelling when I was using my normal speaking voice. I was able to convince him into providing the “suppoat” through UltraViewer.
- “David” never remotely connected to my virtual machine, instead opting to have his “cancellation team” call me back from their Bandwidth.com line (623) 246-1858 and try to get me to “connect to their secure server” on pdhelp.top. Since that failed. I was given an “FTC Refund Form” to fill out, but “David” was too invasive of my privacy to provide “suppoat.”
