On October 18, 2025, police in Nassau County, New York arrested 36-year-old Chinese national YangYang Wen for serving as a money mule for a Social Security scam, where:
The scammer will call their victim, in this case an 80-year-old man from Manhasset, threatening to arrest them because they owe money to the U.S. Treasury Dept.
In order to avoid “prosecution,” the victim was asked to withdraw $35,600 from their bank account and hand the money over to a designated courier or money mule.
Wen has since been charged with 3rd-degree attempted grand larceny. However, as Chinese-speaking news sources indicate that Wen is from China, I HOPE HE ENJOYS GAUTMO!
I really dislike these communist PoS that come to America just to steal. I hope his cellmate beats him to death thereby saving taxpayers the cost of his upkeep in a prison and the costs of deporting this slug of a human.
