I’ve been monitoring this area for a couple of weeks There has been a lot of activity on multiple numbers in a several hundred number range. The first number is not active today, but answered briefly before hanging up on Monday. The recording is from then. The hold music currently on it is typical of TicketMaster and Apple support scammers, which is on dozens of numbers around the toll free prefixes.
