Ok. I’d probably not call a number to mess with someone if I didn’t have some basis for thinking they’re scammers.

They are scammers the group I linked was a Yahoo group those are romance and crypto scams. The number I posted was the boss of the group. These guys are Pleasant green deal with they aren’t like tech support.
