I think they connected me to another caller, sounded like a kid that actually wanted help, when I tried to explain to him what happened he seemed confused and said he needed help with his computer haha think they lost a “customer”

Just now he put me on with his manager after I told him my name is ben k laude and it seemed like he was clicking and typing furiously after that, can they collect information from me?
