On June 17, 2025, the Auglaize County Sheriff’s Office in Dayton, Ohio arrested two Chinese nationals who were legally in the states on work visas from their home country for serving as money mules for an unspecified refund scam. The individuals arrested were:
- Xinxing Chen, a 32-year-old from Flushing, New York
- Yaolong Zhou, a 37-year-old from Chicago, Illinois
Both are now being held at the Auglaize County Corrections Center on charges of complicity and 3rd-degree theft by deception. But since they’re from China, I hope they enjoy reading about the Tianenmen Square Massacre at GAUTMO.
