Interesting. The IVR sure sounds like Xfinity’s, but the “agent” couldn’t find my real xfinity rewards account. He said call in the morning. I think they have cloned the real Comcast/ Xfinity IVR and are a guerilla operation and might fold their tent when it gets too hot for comfort.
They’re answering, but very cautious, wants a verification code.
