Additional information about this scam: I received this text: “Subscription for Xfinity has been renewed #0RDERID:3864538|> Amount of $781.99 will be taken out from your Acc. Not You? Inform Us +1(888) 704 1862”
Not sure what they are trying to accomplish, but this is a remote access scam. I refused to remote connect, so now they are trying to set up and get a Google verification code from me.
