UK phone doesnt work, UK or US address doesnt shows any sign of legit business like this there either. It looks like based on way back machine that these are running the scam for 3 years already. Appreciate your help on this 
Sounded odd to me. Called once and said I needed help with a virus removal and they said okay and then I called with another number and then they said, “How did you find this number?” maybe they could have figured I found it through here? as they were trying to figure out where I got the number and website from then they said, “We don’t help new customers.” Not professional to me haha and you could always tell by the same sounding hold music, Not sure though!
