Looking on Google for scammers, I found this website.
Read for some necessary informations if you want to troll them!!!
http://www.wowcomputersupport.com/services/
You can see yourself, just how badly the website is written...
I am 100% sure, they are scammers. Wow! Computers sell only tablet based systems.
When I told them, I had a laptop (Mistake through routine) he didn't react at all.
The company also has its own customer support based in the US. (The guy, I talked to. Obviously not native)
There is no need for actual support to ask you for your phone number WHILE you are calling them. (He did)
Go absolutely nuts. They are preying on our weakest, when it comes to computer expertise! :c
NECESSARY INFO HERE
This ISN'T Windows, Mac or Linux. Probably no VM needed anyway. Plan your story accordingly.
They want a full name AND a phone number. Telling them, you call via Skype worked for me. They may change policies if too many people call via Skype
The computer is made and advertised mainly for seniors. You are most likely not going to fool them, it's yours, if your voice sounds too young. Claim, it's your mothers/grandmothers or something.
