Winners International Cashiers Check Scam (914) 529-2031

Scam Number: +1 (914) 529-2031
Scammer’s Website or Email: N/A
Additional information about this scam: “Yes hello this is Mrs. Francis Miller here calling you from the claims department in regards to a cashiers check we have here for you to get delivered. For more information please call us back at (914) 529-2031, thank you.”

The first time I called back she asked for a “claim number” which she had not provided in the original voicemail. She said she had another client but would look up my info and call me back. The second time she said she was with “Winners International,” that I had won, but Winners International contracted her to send out the check. Again promised a callback.

Interestingly this is a U.S. Verizon Wireless mobile number, not a VOIP number. tracing back to New York. No clue what the end game is since she just keeps promising a callback, but it’s definitely a scam.

Oh, she was sickly sweet. Nasty woman.

This scammer is for sure an Indian woman. Not your usual Jamaican pig. I have to pay half in taxes of 900,000 dollars. Sure, rundi. Their voicemail says Federal Trade Commission in the worst recording ever.

Waiting for a call back

The Federal Trade Commission has a toll free number and they oversee business not lotteries.

I got FTC voicemail too.

She answered with one name and then changes it to Francis Miller when you ask for Francis Miller. She wanted my debit card for $750 for delivery tomorrow. I said check and she said I had to sent it to her merchant banker. That part makes no sense.

I called and got the woman in question. She is definitely in Jamaica.

I called her back and asked why she was trying to steal money from my mother. She got all pissed off. I hate these people

The merchant banker is a mule or victim for sure.

She has a different accent from the norm. She seems to be doing it on her own. Also, it is weird that she answers with one name and then changes it like you did not hear what she said. SHE IS PISSED.

Yeah, she’s pissed because of me. She had me on hold for 5 damn minutes! When she came back, she asked for the $750 delivery fee. I told her I didn’t have that much, and could she help me somehow. That’s when she got an attitude, and that was a mistake. I gave her a verbal tongue lashing. I may have mentioned her mother…

She very well could be doing this alone. I’ve spoken to a ton of Jamaican scammers, including real females, and males using voice changers. I picked up the accent right away.

I called her a nasty whore and questioned her hygiene habits and what she smelled like through my phone. I called back and gave her a fake credit card number and she took it, dummy. My delivery will be here Friday. HAHA! She is going to run it and get nothing.

Her number is 888-960-5420. She wants me to confirm my delivery. She gets really rude if you question anything. I told her I would not be here tommorrow and she got all upset. I said my son was having surgery. Is that a problem or don’t you want the credit card? All nice again.

She’s a real bitch, and gets an attitude quickly. It’s obvious she has no empathy!

That number works, by the way. She answers.

I tried and got voicemail.

She answered twice and now it is voicemail. I called her back and left a message that I need the delivery tomorrow and not Friday. I think she is not happy.
