“Alex Brown” answered, asked what I was doing when I received my error, then asked questions regarding my computer such as if it is a laptop or computer and its brand. After a “search” he said that hackers have taken over my computer. He then told me I had to Windows Key + D before hanging up.

I got reconnected with “Jackie”, who asked similar questions and after a quick “scan” told me to open run and type in “deblew deblew deblew dot” comp247.org and enter the code “16606”
After that, she hung up.

“Alex Brown” is a fresher, he was supposed to get me to type Windows Key + R, not D.
