These scammers claim to be a Windows support number. Their number is +1 (877) 909-6622 and their website is at http://window-support.us [sic].
They have Zendesk on their website, and if you send a message you'll (hopefully) get a response from somebody named Stacy. She'll go offline for the rest of the day if she thinks you're messing with her, though.
