Additional information about this scam: pretends to be from microsoft. Realized it was a scam 2 minutes into the conversation. Hard to understand said he was in seattle washington. I think went by the name Mike Jones.
Callback Number 412-275-4335. Definitely a scam. Don’t even call it back. Block both of these numbers if you can.
