Had me run NETSTAT in CMD - Told me PROTOCL TCP means hackers are trying to transfer my data and TIME_WAIT STATUS means they are Pending Access to my device whereas CLOSE_WAIT means they unsuccessfully established a connection to my device.
Had me RUN NETSTAT -A afterwards to check if my phone lines are “secure”. Told him my ZIP CODE is 60411 & my D.O.B (Date Of Birth) is 1st January 2000. GET A LOAD OF THIS GUY!!! 
Had me run a “final” scan to find out ‘each and everything’ → Had me to CD… twice then dir/s.
