The number is still working. I was connected with James Mattew ID:MSPO1678. They use Ultra Viewer to connect and when they connect I go to these two IP addresses [139.84.171.25] [47.247.154.142]. They then transfer you to the “FTC” to deal with your identity theft issue. The callback number for the FTC is 603-600-2495
