Her name is “Kelly Cooper” a Microsoft certified technician … I said I could not give error code as I already ended task of the browser with the error … She asked if I wanted help and I said yes … She asked what I have on my computer and I said yes, and she asked what I see and I see my desktop … She asked if I want her to check my PC and I said yes … She had me press Windows key and the R key at same time … She had me type into the form “iexplore www.ultraviewer.net” and therefore they use www.ultraviewer.net to get onto a victim’s machine … I am posting this while on phone with her still …
