Also, when they tell you to "Type over there" go ahead and actually type: overdeer. It drives them nuts. If they want you to type "in that box" literally type inthatbox. If they ask you to look for a search bar over there tell them you don't see any DEERS because it's not Christmas anymore.
Called them so many times calling those guys “baby” until they snap. Finally one guy hung up and said he could not help me after I gave him a fake name. In case you were wondering it was “Bob Sam Frank”
