Usual stuff… gotta be in front of your computer to fill out the refund form! These guys are barely aware they are alive… and certainly can do NOTHING but what is on script. I asked the guy what company he worked for. “Sir, we are the Windows firewall refund department”. I said, “The company you work for is Windows, not Microsoft, right? The Windows Firewall Refund Department?”. He said “Yes sir, Windows not Microsoft”. Have called them multiple times so far, and now they are just not answering my call.
