Additional information about this scam: Windows Defender Refund scam for $399.99. Order #94627143. Confirmed scam spoke to a rookie scammer called Mark. Had another scumbag in the background telling him what to say.
Told me to go to bhelp.info for remote connection software download with a code.

Windows Defender is a free product, most people wouldn’t fall for it.
Windows defender is “on all computers”. Like @Scamaranga mentioned, guy in background telling what BS to say, lol. When I started getting technical, they were both stumped and hung.

“Henry” has been around for quite a while. I’m going to have to call him up and say hello! He absolutely hates me… Just the way I like it.
