If scammers aren’t picking up your phone, here is the explanation. As we all know most scammers are from India, due to the corona virus outbreak , the Prime Minister of India has declared total lock-down at 12:00 a.m. I.S.T… People( including scammers ) aren’t allowed to leave their homes unless in a case of emergency which scamming isn’t.
