I know that its the real netgear support and stuff but the people sound like indian scammers! They wanted to charge me 50 bucks for a 1 time fix it was rediculous! Apparently I can’t get free support after 90 days of buying the product. Its just super rediculous but anyways why do they sound like indian scammers?
the reason they sound like Indian’s is because they are Indians. Big companies like net gear,MasterCard and even VMWare have Indian employee’s that work there in the call center.
They are outsourced in India for cheap labor.
