Called various numbers, found on all kinds of places, using 2 different services, called most within the working hours 9-5 EST, not on weekends, yet about 9/10 times I either get voicemail, never-ending hold music, or, in most cases, no answer at all. Why is that? Is it due to COVID-19? I’m really new to the whole scene.
