Where can i find where a phone number is from?

a lot of people will say “this number is from textnow” or “this number is from google voice”- how do you know?

If the customer pays for CallerID (CNAM) you can see the address and the person.

For textnow numbers, you will hear the textnow subscriber is not available if the call goes to voicemail. For google voice, I am not sure…
