5:00AM- 1:00PM EST is the best period. Travel scams 24 hours.

5:00 AM EST? That feels rather early, to me. I’ve never started before 10:00 AM EST, personally.

My searches never stop around the clock
I also know what to listen for in known blocks during the after hours times, which scam call centres use.
There is a distinct way numbers behave that indicate there will be activity on them during “scamlight hours” the next day.
I usually find them beginning activity from 08:00am est until 20:00pm est.
There are even a lot of known call centres who run specific scams, who operate on Pacific time hours.
There are many YouTubeTV, Roku, DisneyTV, Comcast X-finity, Spectrum, Amazon Prime and Quickbooks which operate on Pacific time hours.

Made a mistake, I meant PST
For me, what works best is (for refund/tech scams): 8 AM to 6 PM EST. Rush Hour is like 10 AM to 4ish PM EST.
Usually pop on around 9:30-10 to make calls
