Is that ever used legitimately?

Based on the URL in question, it appears to be a remote access download site used by Indian scammers impersonating Norton Antivirus. After scanning the website through urlscan.io, it was revealed that the domain is hosted in Bulgaria, with an IP address of 79.124.40.39
The scammers previously used carehelp.us, which is more generic.

What WCCARE.US uses is used for legitimate uses, the instance the scammer has (which is an older version of the software that’s self hosted, which means connectwise sadly cannot take it down) is not used for legitimate uses.
