Officer ??? was even dumber than the IRS guy. He could not spell my name or say Mrs. He told me that you CAN rent a car without a DL and credit card. Ooh, my ears hurt!! I have no idea what a MFing fish is. This guy was an idiot. Today is my day for them.

@him#81494 I called this number just now, its someone’s personal cell. These scammers steal numbers and mask their actual Voip number so we can’t call them.
