I’m not sure what’s going wrong, but for some reason NorthWatch (https://www.North.watch) says “this page can’t be reached”,

I live in the US, is it a problem with my country? Can I access it with a VPN? If not, are there any other fake bank / fake amazon accounts I can use to bait scammers?
