He is now being held on a $200,000 bond and was charged with:
- First-degree larceny
- Conspiracy to commit first-degree larceny
- First-degree telephone fraud
- Conspiracy to commit first-degree telephone fraud
The funds are believed to be earmarked for further criminal activities and police are actively pursuing leads to identify and apprehend other individuals connected to the scheme.
