Additional information about this scam:
You will not reach a human throughout the entire call. They’ll start with asking for your card number.
They’ll only take it on the third try, probably to limit bs numbers. They’ll then ask for your last four of your social, PIN, and expiration date.
After all those numbers have been entered they’ll say for further verification they need the CVV on the back and your zip-code.
Filled it in with a bunch of BS numbers and then told me my Wells Fargo account (that I totally have) is safe. Oh thank god!
