The popup is a fake Dr. Oz article for “Oros CBD Gummies,”. Each bottle costs $59.50, but is only sold in monthly installments of 2, 3 or 5 alongside a “health and wellness digital publication” for an additional $19.93 per month.
The company behind the fake product falsely claims to operate from a UPS Store in Henderson, Nevada. Through my traceback efforts, I was able to find that the company also operates as:
- Wellness Brands, LLC under the leadership of Brent Garr
- Balance Brands, Inc. DBA “Keoni CBD”
- “Atena Labs”
- “Lucienne Skin Cream”
- “Complete Beauty Support”
- “Skin Vibrance,” under the leadership of Matthew Klein.
- “Revitify”
- AH Media Group, LLC
All of their products were fulfilled and shipped by Hashtag Fulfillment, LLC., a St. Petersburg, Florida-based company that was sued by Nutramax Laboratories, Inc. for trademark infringement in 2017 and listed on ScamPulse.. The company voluntarily dissolved on September 22, 2017.
