If calling Australian numbers you can get free sims online from Optus www.optus.com.au/shop/prepaid/sim-card/2-sim and Telstra www.telstra.com.au/mobile-phones/prepaid-mobiles/free-prepaid-multi-fit-sim-starter-kit and u can dial 1800 numbers for a few days with optus and 2 weeks with telstra. To register for free is easy with telstra, but with optus if u want to register the sim without credit u have to use live chat and they can do it. Optus sims get delivered with regular post at my joint, but the telstra sims get delivered by startrack and require you to be home to sign
