This seems to be on most popups, now ? I observe that on many popups, the address bar gets spammed with numbers/other characters which spams the history page.

Also it's down now.

@iChutya#4334 I’ve recently had the same issue, since the chrome update stopped allowing JavaScript to lock the browser they employed this tactic which uses up all the resources forcing the user to call.
