WATCH LIST: Real Time Cloud Services

Hey everybody…

SSA scammers have a VERY strong desire to get into the toll-free number space. By having a working toll-free inbound number, this greatly increases the amount of callbacks that they get when sending out their annoying and felonious robocalls as they're fishing for their next victim.

Just like we have done with Grasshopper Group who had gotten swarms of IRS/SSA scammers jumping on board with their "fake" flat rate toll-free forwarding and thus a ton of SSA scammers started appearing on toll-free numbers, I am starting to wonder whether this carrier is actively courting the same scammers:

This carrier goes by the name Real Time Cloud Services.

If you find an SSA scammer and the area code is a toll-free number, which is area codes:
800, 888, 877, 866, 855, 844 and 833.... please make sure to put "Real Time Cloud Services" in the title of the thread.

**HOW TO CHECK THE CARRIER OF A TOLL FREE NUMBER**

Go to https://800forall.com and click on "Who Owns It" up at the top, then put in the SSA scammer's toll free number. This will give you the RESPORG who is doing the toll-free forwarding for that scammer.

The carrier information matters, especially if we're seeing what looks to be a pattern of SSA scammers hopping on board with whatever carrier that might be attracted to a toll-free forwarding offer.

Some of you have already found out about this but about 2 months ago SSA scammers have started to get their hands on the Equifax leak database. One of the researchers on scammer.info now has direct confirmation of this, with the screenshots to go with it.

Since SSA scammers are passing this dataset around you've likely noticed that the scammer drops the call as soon as you give a fake SSN/DOB, or even try to match a real SSN/DOB but go off by a few digits.

While that might be frustrating for call-lengths or make working SSA less sexy, working SSA is still very important.

We are also committed to keeping SSA scammers off of the toll-free space; and that is still very very important. Without toll-free forwarding it dramatically cuts down the callbacks that SSA scammers get.
